How long will my order take to arrive?
If you are in UAE you can expect your order to arrive next day or you have the option for same day shipping in the UAE if you place your order before 14:00 UAE.
- Same day Dubai - for orders placed up-to 12:00 (collected from us between 3-6 pm and delivered by 10pm on the same day)
- Same day UAE - for orders placed upto 12:00 (collected from us between 3-6pm and delivered by 10pm on the same day)
- Next day UAE - for orders placed up-to 16:00 (collected and delivered the following day)

Can I track my order?
UAE: Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email & SMS from Transguard.
KSA: Yes, once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email & SMS from DHL.

What happens if I change my mind?
All fully priced items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Sale items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We do not offer refunds on any discounted items.

What happens if I receive a damaged item?
Tell us asap! We check our products before dispatch to make sure they are in perfect condition. We also take great care to wrap them securely. If however, damage occurs in the delivery process please contact us for a replacement with 4 days of your delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and send a photo of the damaged item and the parcel or box.
What happens if I receive a faulty item or an item with missing pieces?
We take great care to create and deliver quality products but from time to time things can go wrong. If you receive a faulty item or an item with missing parts or pieces, please let us know within 4 days of your delivery. Please email email@example.com and tell us what has happened, from there we can send out a replacement right away.

When purchasing from Sweet Pea LLC, card details are transmitted through a secure server. Card data is not held by Sweet Pea LLC after processing.
